*Support residents maintain sobriety by doing 1-1. house meetings, group meetings, build their confidences. self-worth.
Peer coaching/recovery coaching, case management, interdisciplinary and family collaboration, therapeutic groups/relapse prevention planning/family support/sobriety monitoring/outside community peer support meetings, community outings/collaborative treatment planning/house management.
Regular observation of residents can help identify potential issues or concerns.
Open communication with residents can help identify any challenges they may be facing and provide opportunities to address them.
Regular drug testing can help ensure that residents are maintaining their sobriety. It is important to document any observations, communication, and drug testing results to track residents' progress and to identify any patterns or trends that may require intervention.
Each resident's treatment plan should be reviewed regularly to ensure that it is still meeting their needs and goals.
Equity, Diversity and Inclusion:
Our population is based on those who have a Substance use diagnosis. Any person with substance uses disorder will be eligible to reside at Matt’s house. We are a safe-zone environment and implement equity, inclusion, diversity and racial justice into our program.
Our program will address and prioritize staff and volunteers all who qualify or identify that encompasses.
We will Develop a clear mission statement that emphasizes ( JEDI )justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion.
Recruit staff who are trained in cultural competency and have experience working with diverse populations.
Create an inclusive environment that celebrates diversity.
Provide resources and support for residents who may be experiencing discrimination or other forms of bias.
Regularly assess the program's policies and procedures to ensure that they are fair and equitable for all residents.
Foster open communication and dialogue among residents and staff about issues related to equity, diversity, and inclusion.
